Our Core Values

FreeLoveNation was built on the belief that everyone deserves love, connection, and the opportunity to find their person in an environment that feels welcoming, authentic, and safe. Everything we do — including these guidelines — is built around four core values:

These guidelines apply to all content, behavior, and interactions on FreeLoveNation — profiles, photos, messages, bios, usernames, and any other feature where you interact with the community. By using the Platform, you commit to upholding these values.

Authenticity

Authentic representation is the foundation of meaningful connections. You must represent yourself honestly at all times.

✅ You Must:

• Use your real name or the name you genuinely go by.
• Use photos that accurately represent your current appearance.
• Provide accurate information about your age, location, relationship status, and intentions.
• Be genuinely yourself in how you communicate with other members.

🚫 You Must Not:

• Create a fake profile or impersonate any real person, celebrity, or fictional character.
• Use AI-generated, heavily filtered, or significantly altered photos as your primary profile photo.
• Misrepresent your age, especially claiming to be older to circumvent our 18+ requirement.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or bans.
• Use the Platform on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Advertise yourself as a professional escort, sex worker, or adult performer within a member profile (a separate verified creator program is available).

Respect & Kindness

Every member of FreeLoveNation deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. Rejection and incompatibility are a normal part of dating — how you handle them defines your character.

✅ Standards We Expect:

• Communicate with courtesy, even when declining someone’s interest.
• Respect “no” as a complete answer. Do not persist after someone has indicated disinterest.
• Honor other members’ boundaries, preferences, and stated intentions.
• Approach differences in background, identity, or orientation with openness and curiosity.

🚫 Prohibited Behaviors:

• Harassment: Sending unwanted, repeated, or intrusive messages after being ignored or told to stop.
• Insults and attacks: Name-calling, belittling, or personally attacking any member.
• Body shaming: Making negative, unsolicited comments about someone’s appearance, weight, or physical traits.
• Ghosting campaigns: Coordinating with others to mass-report or block a member without cause.
• Revenge sharing: Sharing or threatening to share private photos, information, or communications from any member without their consent.
• Outing: Revealing or threatening to reveal someone’s sexual orientation, gender identity, or other private information without consent.

Safety

Your safety — and the safety of every FreeLoveNation member — matters deeply to us. We ask all members to be proactive participants in community safety.

Guidelines for Safe Interactions:

• Never share your home address, workplace, financial account details, or government ID with someone you’ve just met online.
• Meet first dates in public, well-lit locations. Tell a trusted friend where you’re going.
• Trust your instincts — if something feels off, it probably is. Use our block and report tools freely.
• Do not consume food or drinks provided by someone you don’t know well.
• Arrange your own transportation to and from first meetings.

Platform Safety Tools:

We provide built-in tools to keep you in control:

• Block: Immediately prevent any member from viewing your profile or contacting you.
• Report: Flag any profile or message that violates these guidelines for human review.
• Photo blur: Choose to blur your photos until you’re ready to share them.
• Incognito mode: Browse profiles without appearing in others’ “Who Viewed Me” lists (Premium feature).
• Panic button: In-app safety check-in and emergency contacts (available in the Safety section).

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited anywhere on the FreeLoveNation Platform, including profile bios, usernames, photos, videos, and messages:

Nudity & Sexual Content

• Explicit nudity, graphic sexual content, or pornographic material in public-facing profile sections.
• Content that depicts or simulates non-consensual sexual acts.
• Any sexual content involving or depicting minors. Zero Tolerance

Violent & Disturbing Content

• Graphic depictions of violence, injury, or death.
• Threats of physical harm toward any person.
• Content promoting, glorifying, or instructing self-harm or suicide.

Illegal Content

• Content that facilitates or promotes illegal activities, including drug sales, weapons trafficking, or human trafficking.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation.

Protection of Minors

Specifically prohibited:

• Creating an account if you are under 18 years of age.
• Uploading, sharing, or possessing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form.
• Soliciting or attempting to arrange sexual contact with anyone under 18.
• Sharing any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors.
• Misrepresenting your age to gain access to the Platform.

If you encounter content or behavior that involves the exploitation of minors, report it immediately using the in-platform report feature or email safety@freelovenation.com. You can also report directly to NCMEC at www.cybertipline.org.

Photo Standards

Profile photos are your first impression. We have standards to ensure photos represent you authentically and respect others.

✅ Acceptable Photos:

• Clear, recent photos that genuinely look like you.
• Photos showing your face clearly in at least one image.
• Group photos (you must identify yourself).
• Tasteful photos that show your lifestyle, hobbies, and personality.

🚫 Not Acceptable:

• Photos containing nudity or sexual content (on public profiles).
• Photos of other people without their consent.
• AI-generated images or heavily manipulated photos as your primary photo.
• Photos containing personal contact information (phone numbers, email, social handles).
• Copyrighted images, stock photos, or celebrity photos.
• Photos depicting weapons in a threatening context.
• Photos or memes containing hate speech or discriminatory imagery.
• Logos, QR codes, or marketing materials.
• Photos that are blurry, too dark, or of very poor quality as your primary photo.

Messaging Standards

Messages are where connections are made. Keep them genuine, respectful, and appropriate.

✅ Great Messaging:

• Reference something specific from someone’s profile to show genuine interest.
• Be clear about your intentions without being presumptuous.
• Ask thoughtful questions and show genuine curiosity about the other person.
• Respect response times — people have lives outside the app.

🚫 Prohibited in Messages:

• Explicit unsolicited content: Sending graphic sexual messages or media without the recipient’s prior consent.
• Harassment: Sending repeated messages after being ignored or blocked.
• Threats: Any message containing threats of physical, emotional, or reputational harm.
• Scam messages: Requests for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or financial assistance of any kind.
• Spam: Sending identical or templated messages to large numbers of members.
• External links: Sending links to external sites, social media, or other platforms in early conversations (common scam tactic).
• Personal data harvesting: Asking for home addresses, financial details, or sensitive personal information.

Scams & Fraud

Common Scam Red Flags:

• Claims to be overseas (military, oil rig, business travel) and falls in love very quickly.
• Refuses to video call or meet in person, always has an excuse.
• Asks for money for an emergency, travel, medical bills, or to “invest” together.
• Requests gift cards, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency.
• Profile photos that appear in Google reverse image search as stock photos or celebrities.
• Immediately tries to move communication off FreeLoveNation to WhatsApp or email.
• Story inconsistencies or scripted-sounding messages.

What We Do:

• AI-powered fraud detection scanning all messages for known scam patterns.
• 24/7 human moderation team reviewing flagged accounts.
• Immediate ban and report of confirmed scammers.
• Collaboration with law enforcement on serious fraud cases.

If you believe you’ve been scammed, contact our Safety Team at safety@freelovenation.com and report to the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov and the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center at ic3.gov.

Hate Speech & Discrimination

FreeLoveNation celebrates diversity. Discrimination, bigotry, and hate have no place in our community.

Prohibited Content & Behavior:

• Hateful content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
• Slurs, derogatory language, or stereotypes used to demean any group.
• Profiles or bios that express a discriminatory preference (e.g., “no [race] please” in dismissive or hateful framing).
• Glorifying, promoting, or affiliating with hate groups, extremist organizations, or ideologies that advocate violence against protected groups.
• Content designed to humiliate, dehumanize, or harass any individual based on protected characteristics.

Violence & Dangerous Content

We do not allow content that promotes, facilitates, or glorifies violence, or that could endanger people’s safety.

• Explicit threats to harm, injure, or kill any person or group.
• Content glorifying or celebrating acts of violence or terrorism.
• Instructions for creating weapons or carrying out violent acts.
• Content promoting or instructing self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
• Graphic images of violence, gore, or bodily harm.

Spam & Commercial Activity

FreeLoveNation is for genuine human connections — not marketing, solicitation, or commercial activity.

Prohibited:

• Sending bulk, templated, or automated messages to members.
• Advertising products, services, or websites in your profile or messages.
• Recruiting members for other platforms, apps, or services.
• Soliciting donations, subscriptions, or financial support from other members.
• Using the Platform for market research, data collection, or competitive intelligence.
• Using bots, scraping tools, or automated systems to interact with the Platform.
• Selling access to your FreeLoveNation account or matches.

Enforcement

FreeLoveNation enforces these guidelines through a combination of automated detection, AI moderation, and a human moderation team that operates 24/7. We take a graduated approach to enforcement, with actions proportional to the severity of the violation.

In determining appropriate action, we consider: the severity of the violation, whether it was intentional, prior history of violations, and impact on affected members. We reserve the right to skip graduated steps for severe violations.

Violations that involve illegal activity will be reported to appropriate law enforcement agencies regardless of any action taken on the Platform.

Appeals Process

We believe in fair treatment. If your account has been suspended or content has been removed and you believe the action was made in error, you have the right to appeal.

How to Appeal:

1. Email appeals@freelovenation.com with the subject line: “Account Appeal – [Your Username].”
2. Include your registered email address and a brief explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect.
3. Provide any relevant context or evidence that supports your appeal.
4. Our appeals team will review your case within 5 business days.

Appeal Limitations:

• Permanent bans resulting from CSAM, explicit threats of violence, or confirmed large-scale fraud operations are not eligible for appeal.
• Each suspension/ban decision may only be appealed once.
• Appeals submitted more than 30 days after the enforcement action may not be reviewed.

How to Report Violations

You are an important part of keeping FreeLoveNation safe. If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately. All reports are confidential.

In-Platform Reporting:

• Report a Profile: Tap the three-dot menu on any profile → “Report.”
• Report a Message: Long-press or right-click a message → “Report Message.”
• Block & Report: Blocking a member automatically prompts a report option.
